Users should contact their agency administrators to get access into the system.

 

Q-PRO (Qatar Permit of Road Opening), is the State of Qatar's online RO (Road Opening) permitting, reporting and analysis web-application. Q-PRO allows agencies to apply for RO permit online to perform any work on the public rights-of-way in the State of Qatar. Q-PRO has also automated the process of receiving final approval from the road and utility inspectors, upon completion of work.
